Why we built Tiquet

We kept running into the same problem: help desk tools that were either too simple to be useful or too complex to set up. Small teams ended up with spreadsheets. Larger teams spent weeks configuring enterprise platforms they only used 20% of.

We wanted something in between. A customer support platform that handles AI ticket classification and routing out of the box, includes a live chat widget and knowledge base, and does not require a dedicated admin to maintain.
